Learn how to make your own flower press from the endlessly creative Sue Goetz. She will share many invaluable tips and techniques for pressing flowers and leaves – and the best plants to use in this storied botanical art form. She will demonstrate how the pressings can enhance a range of décor projects, including the creation of herbarium pages. There will be fresh plants on hand to add to your new press and a collection of dried, pressed materials for making notecards. Everything you create during this workshop will go home with you. All supplies are included, but feel free to bring inspiring leaves and flowers from your garden.

Sue Goetz is a garden designer, writer, speaker and NHS board member. For garden inspiration, she dabbles in botanical art, pressed flowers and mixed media.
